Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MMN94 is an automatic production machine for KF94-style three-dimensional face masks. It integrates multi-layer material feeding, nose bridge strip feeding, mask-body forming, ultrasonic welding, cutting and automatic ear-loop welding in one coordinated manufacturing sequence.
The listed production capacity is 150–170 pieces per minute, with adult and child formats listed at 205 × 80 mm and 140 × 80 mm. Material guiding and tensioning support alignment, while an ultrasonic generator and cooling system support welding. Finished-mask performance depends on the selected materials, tooling and process.
