The ZONESUN ZS-SPFC8 Automatic Dual-Channel Pouch Packing Machine is designed for high-speed packaging of pre-made flat bags, zipper bags and stand-up pouches. Its dual-lane structure processes two pouch channels in parallel, allowing bag feeding, opening, filling and heat sealing to run simultaneously for higher overall output.
The machine uses full-servo control, automatic gripper-width adjustment, servo bag opening and dual-channel synchronous conveying. It supports bags from 70–160 mm in width and 110–270 mm in length, filling weights up to 1000 g, and a listed packaging speed of 30–120 bags/min.

How the Dual-Channel Pouch Packing Process Works
Pre-made pouches are supplied through two parallel feeding channels. The grippers position and open the bags, the filling section dispenses product into each pouch, and the bags then pass through heat sealing before discharge.
