The ZONESUN ZS-BIB210 is a fully automatic aseptic Bag-in-Box (BIB) filling machine designed for liquid products in 2–25L BIB bags. With a capacity of up to 210 bags/hour, it integrates aseptic sterilization, filling, bag cutting, and conveying into one continuous automated system.
A 90–100°C steam barrier and positive-pressure environment help reduce contamination risks, while the vacuum system supports hygienic filling by removing condensate and contaminants. Available in Standard Type and Aseptic Type configurations, the ZS-BIB210 provides an efficient, reliable solution for juices, dairy products, sauces, pastes, and other liquid food products requiring hygienic or aseptic BIB packaging.
