Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FS90 is an automatic inner and outer tea bag packaging machine for loose leaf tea, herbal tea, fruit tea and other compatible tea blends. It combines quantitative weighing, inner bag forming, filling, ultrasonic sealing, inner bag transfer and individual outer-envelope packaging in one continuous process.
The machine supports a 1–10 g filling range and can produce pyramid or rectangular inner tea bags. Finished inner bags are automatically transferred to the outer packaging section, where they can be packed into pillow-type or three-side-sealed envelopes.
