Description
The ZONESUN ZS-PB01 is a fully automatic perfume bottle cartoning machine designed for loading filled and sealed perfume bottles into packaging boxes. It is a key component of the automatic perfume packaging production line, integrating seamlessly with filling, capping, and labeling equipment.
The machine automatically arranges boxes and bottles, uses a multi-axis gripper to precisely place bottles into cartons, and includes a chip detection and reject system to eliminate defective products. With stable operation and high precision, it achieves a speed of 12–15 pcs/min, effectively reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
