Description
The ZONESUN ZS‑PWM2 is a fully automated robotic pallet packaging system that integrates pallet dispensing, robotic palletizing, strapping, rotary arm wrapping, film cutting, and labeling into one continuous workflow. Operating at 20-40 pallets per hour, it supports both vertical and horizontal strapping, and offers a 250%-300% prestretch ratio for efficient film usage. With a robotic payload of up to 180 kg, flexible pallet size compatibility, and stable load-handling capability,it delivers high-efficiency, standardized, and labor-saving pallet packaging for logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution centers.

PALLET DISPENSER
Automatically separates empty pallets from a stacked pile and dispenses them one by one onto the conveyor line according to the production rhythm.
ROBOTIC PALLETIZER
Utilizing an industrial robotic arm, it accurately and efficiently picks up finished products from the conveyor and stacks them onto pallets according to preset patterns.
PALLET STRAPPING
Uses a "sword" mechanism to pierce pallet gaps and strap the load vertically or horizontally, ensuring securely strapped and stable palletized goods during transport.
ARM ROTARY PALLET
By rotating the turntable or a rotary arm, it evenly wraps multiple layers of stretch film around the palletized goods for dust-proofing, moisture-proofing, and load stabilization.
CUTTING STRUCTURE
Cuts the stretch film cleanly at the end of the wrapping cycle, ensuring smooth film separation and preparing the machine for the next pallet.
PALLET LABELING
Automatically applies labels to the side of the finished pallet or the product surface, typically used for displaying product information, barcodes, or logistics tracking codes.
