Description
The ZONESUN ZS-ULP18 is a fully automatic rotary bottle unscrambler designed to sort, orient, and flip disordered plastic bottles including PE, PP, PET, and HDPE. With a maximum capacity of up to 6,000 bottles per hour, it integrates an automatic feeding system, sorting mechanism, flipping unit, and conveyor transfer section to deliver bottles in a stable, upright, and correctly oriented direction to downstream equipment.
Equipped with a PLC-based smart control system, the machine automatically adjusts its operating speed to synchronize with the filling or capping line. The rotary structure ensures high efficiency, smooth bottle handling, and reliable performance for medium to large-scale production lines.

CONTROL PANEL
Adjusts its operating speed through a PLC smart control system to match the downstream filling line, supporting a maximum output of up to 12,000 bottles per hour.
SORTING & ORIENTATION
Automatically separates disordered bottles from the hopper and orients them upright with the mouth facing up, ensuring they enter the conveyor in a stable and orderly flow.
FEEDING SYSTEM
The side elevator is equipped with sensors that automatically start feeding when the hopper is low and stop when it is full.
FLIPPING SYSTEM
Identifies the direction of flat or handled bottles and flips misoriented ones to the correct facing direction for smooth downstream processing.
CONVEYOR MECHANISM
Transfers arranged bottles into the flipping unit and conveys them out smoothly after reorientation, ensuring a stable and continuous flow between stations.
