The ZONESUN ZS-UVS2 UV Sterilization Tunnel is a high‑efficiency system designed to sterilize air and objects with a 99.9% sterilization rate at 134–135°C. Equipped with UV‑C lamp tubes, stainless steel oven structure, and a Teflon mesh conveyor, it ensures uniform exposure and reliable disinfection. Widely used in hospitals, beverage plants, bakeries, cold rooms, cosmetics factories, and food processing industries, it extends product shelf life while maintaining hygiene standards. Compared with microwave sterilization, UV irradiation offers a safer and more suitable method for preserving product composition while effectively reducing bacteria and mold.

⚠️ UV sterilization is only effective on directly exposed surfaces and cannot penetrate liquids, sealed containers, or internal product structures. It is not a substitute for pasteurization, retort sterilization, or aseptic processing systems.
OPERATION PANEL
Controls UV sterilization with synced data display, easy monitoring, emergency stop, and overload protection.
INLET/OUTLET BAFFLE
Adjusts the inlet and outlet height flexibly via a sliding baffle to perfectly accommodate different product size specifications.
CONVEYOR
Transports items through the UV chamber using a Teflon mesh belt, allowing even exposure and heat resistance.
ULTRAVIOLET OVEN
Houses high-intensity UV lamps to uniformly eliminate bacteria and viruses from product surfaces through 360-degree non-thermal sterilization.
Scope of Application:
This process is only applicable to microbial inactivation on exposed surfaces of empty cans/bottles, including the inner wall, outer wall, and bottle mouth.
Equipment Nature:
This equipment is a UV disinfection system for the outer surface of bottles and packaging. It is a purely physical surface irradiation sterilization process. It is not designed for internal material sterilization of containers.
Important Notice:
This process cannot replace pasteurization, ultra-high temperature (UHT) instantaneous sterilization, or retort sterilization processes, which are thermal sterilization methods designed for product contents.
