Description
The ZONESUN ZS-XG440P is an automatic double-head tracking bottle capping machine designed for continuous inline cap placement and tightening. Two capping heads follow bottles while they move along the conveyor, allowing the tightening process to take place without repeatedly stopping bottle transport.
The system integrates automatic cap feeding, cap transfer, cap pickup, synchronized tracking, gripping and tightening. It is suitable for compatible rigid bottles and automatically fed screw caps after the bottle, cap and required tightening conditions have been confirmed.

Key Features
Double-Head Tracking Capping
