The ZONESUN ZS-AFK180 is a fully automatic dual-head tracking vacuum capping machine designed for high-speed glass jar packaging lines. Operating at 55–60 bottles/min, it integrates cap sorting, cap placing, torque-controlled tracking capping, mechanical vacuum suction sealing, and vacuum inspection into one continuous system.

The machine creates a sealed vacuum chamber before tightening to achieve the preset vacuum level (−50 to −70 kPa), ensuring products meet strict vacuum packaging standards.
