Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MCS5 Automatic 4-Color Spiral Pattern Cosmetic Filling Machine is designed for decorative filling of compatible multi-color cosmetic creams and pastes. Four independent material hoppers feed separate colors into the filling system, allowing the machine to create spiral, layered or other preset multi-color patterns inside suitable cosmetic containers.
The machine combines servo control, automatic preheating, four-color filling, container transfer and automatic product ejection. It is intended for applications such as air-cushion BB cream and other multi-color cosmetic products where pattern appearance is part of the finished product presentation.

Manual Container Loading
Operators place containers into dedicated holders before the automatic cycle begins. The holder should be matched to the actual container dimensions to keep the package stable during preheating and filling.
Automatic Preheating
The preheating section conditions compatible containers or product-contact areas before filling. Whether preheating is required, and the correct temperature, depends on the cosmetic formula and target pattern effect.
Four-Color Pattern Filling
Four material channels dispense separate colors according to the programmed filling sequence. Servo settings can be adjusted to change filling ratios and pattern formation for compatible formulas.
Automatic Product Ejection
Finished containers are automatically released from the working position after filling for easier collection or transfer to the next process.
