Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MD2 is an automatic bottle cap detection and rejection machine designed for identifying high caps, tilted caps, loose caps, and aluminum-foil presence. Operating at up to 6800 bottles per hour, it combines contact-based separation detection with metal-foil sensing to ensure accurate quality judgment. Qualified bottles pass through automatically, while defective bottles are diverted into a side buffer for manual handling. This prevents defective products from entering finished goods, reducing customer complaints, market returns, and hidden losses. With its stable structure, high compatibility, and efficient rejection mechanism, it is ideal for integration into medium to large-scale production lines.
