Description
The ZONESUN ZS-XG1870 Tabletop Pneumatic Spindle Capping Machine is a compact inline cap-tightening system designed for compatible screw caps and pump-style closures. Its four-wheel spindle capping mechanism grips and tightens caps while bottles move through the conveyor, making it suitable for small and medium production lines where floor space is limited.
The machine can be combined with a desktop filling machine and labeling machine to form a compact packaging line. Adjustable capping height, bottle holding and pneumatic control help the machine accommodate different bottle formats after the bottle and cap dimensions are confirmed.

Needs separate evaluation: press-fit caps, crimp caps, ROPP aluminum caps, corks, metal lug caps, very long trigger-sprayer tubes, irregular caps or bottles that deform easily during side gripping.
