The ZS-999 is designed mainly for free-flowing granular materials such as rice, beans, seeds, coffee beans, tea, grains, nuts, dried fruit, pellets and similar particles. Its vibration-feeding and weighing structure is well suited to materials that flow consistently through the hopper.

Why Fine Powder Needs an Auger Filler
The ZS-999 meters material through vibration feeding and weighing. Fine powder can become airborne, bridge inside the hopper or flow inconsistently, which can reduce dosing stability. For fine powders, an auger filling machine uses a rotating screw to control powder discharge more precisely and is normally the better choice.
