The ZONESUN ZS-CQ3 is a semi-automatic pneumatic aerosol filling machine designed for precise filling of spray cans with both liquid and gas components. Ideal for small to medium-scale production, it operates without electricity in the core filling process, ensuring stable performance and energy efficiency. With a filling range of 50–450 ml and ±1% accuracy, it minimizes waste while maintaining consistent output. Capable of processing 1000–1500 bottles per hour, it’s perfect for cosmetics, automotive care, air fresheners, and pharmaceutical aerosols. Compact and user-friendly, the ZS-CQ3 runs smoothly under 0.5–1 MPa pressure with a maximum gas consumption of 0.5 m³/min.
