Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180V16 is a gear pump tracking filling and capping production line designed for compatible liquid products in bottles. Its ZS-VTGF4 filling module uses four independently controlled gear pumps and nozzles that follow bottles as they move along the conveyor.
This synchronized filling method reduces repeated conveyor stopping and supports smooth, continuous bottle transfer. The 200–5000 mL filling range can be customized according to the required dose, bottle specification, and product characteristics.
