The ZONESUN ZS-FSK5 is a fully automatic cement valve bag packing machine designed for 15–50 kg valve bags. Featuring a multi-station structure, it integrates empty bag placing, automatic filling, pneumatic control, and high-efficiency output to support continuous industrial-scale production. Equipped with an automatic weighing system, the machine ensures accurate dosing with a weighing accuracy of ±0.2%–0.5%. Its dual-station or multi-station configuration significantly increases packing speed, reaching 3–5 bags/min per station, or 5–10 bags/min with dual stations depending on material flowability. Designed for cement, dry mortar, putty powder, mineral powder, and other fine powders, it delivers stable, precise, and fully automated bagging performance for large-scale manufacturing environments.
