Description
The ZONESUN ZS-LPR40 Automatic Robotic Bottle Unscrambler automatically organizes randomly loaded empty bottles and delivers them upright to downstream equipment. Using industrial vision and a Delta robotic pick-and-place system, it identifies bottle position and orientation, picks up horizontal bottles, rotates them upright, and places them into individual holders on the output conveyor. Unpicked bottles are automatically detected and recirculated, reducing manual handling and material waste. Suitable for round, square, and irregular-shaped bottles.

Automatic Bottle Feeding System
Randomly arranged bottles are elevated, separated and continuously fed into the vision-guided robotic picking area.
Robotic Pick-and-Place System
The Delta robot automatically picks up horizontally oriented bottles, rotates them upright, and places them accurately onto the output conveyor.
Bottle Holder Conveyor System
Upright bottles are placed into individual holders by the robotic arm and conveyed securely to the downstream production line.
Unpicked Bottle Detection & Rejection
Bottles that are not successfully picked are automatically detected and diverted from the output line.
Bottle Recirculation System
Unpicked bottles are automatically returned to the feeding area for another detection and picking cycle, reducing material waste and manual handling.
Vision Detection & Positioning System
The industrial vision system detects bottle position and orientation in real time, providing accurate positioning data for robotic picking.
