Description
The ZONESUN ZS-LWC350L Dual-Motor Vertical Continuous Band Sealer is designed for continuous heat sealing of large and heavy bags. Its synchronized upper and lower conveying structure supports filled bags through the sealing section and helps reduce slipping or misalignment during continuous operation.
The machine offers adjustable sealing speed, temperature and sealing height, with a conveyor load capacity of 30–50kg. Optional coding and printing configurations can be added when date, batch or other production information is required.

Best-Suited Bags
Suitable for compatible heat-sealable large bags used for grains, rice, flour, pet food, fertilizer, granules, powders and other bulk products. Actual film compatibility should be tested before production.
Needs separate evaluation: paper-only sacks without a heat-sealable layer, very thick multi-layer structures, bags with contaminated seal areas, open-mouth woven sacks requiring sewing, or packages outside the specified size/load range.
