The ZONESUN ZS-MB800L is an 800 L SUS316 stainless steel mixing tank designed for large-batch preparation and premixing of compatible high- and low-viscosity liquids and pastes. It provides a practical upstream processing solution for food, cosmetics, daily chemical, and related production applications.
A frame-type agitator (2.2 kW, 40 r/min, customizable 0–80 r/min) promotes consistent material circulation throughout the tank volume. The sloped bottom design guides material toward the 50mm bottom outlet for efficient discharge. Four caster-equipped support legs provide production floor mobility. Additional processing functions can be customized to match specific product and production requirements.
