DESCRIPTION
The ZONESUN aerosol filling and crimping machine integrates multiple processes in one system, including liquid filling, valve pre-crimping, crimping, and optional gas filling for metal aerosol cans.
For vapor propellants, a booster pump is not required, while liquefied gases require the use of a booster pump for proper filling. The modular gas filling station can be easily removed when gas filling is not needed.
This machine is compatible with both male and female aerosol valves, but it is not suitable for BOV (Bag-On-Valve) aerosol cans.

Note
Please ensure that the aerosol cans you use are international standard 1-inch (25.4 mm) neck diameter cans. The compatible aerosol valves should have a 33 mm outer diameter and comply with standard aerosol valve specifications.
Before purchasing the machine, please confirm that your cans and valve caps match the required specifications to ensure proper installation and stable operation.

External Air Compressor Required
The aerosol filling and capping system requires an external air compressor, which is sold separately.
Piston-Pump Liquid Filling
The piston-pump filling system uses cylinder movement to meter compatible liquid, with adjustable filling nozzle height for different aerosol cans.
Two-Stage Valve Crimping
The two-stage crimping structure pre-crimps the valve for positioning before completing the final sealing step.
