The ZONESUN ZS-WK300 Automatic Carton Stacking and OPP/BOPP Banding Machine is designed to automatically count, arrange and bundle multiple cartons into neat groups using OPP or BOPP film bands. It can receive finished cartons from an upstream cartoning machine, organize them according to the preset stacking pattern, and complete banding in one continuous process.
The machine supports band widths of 28 mm, 38 mm and 48 mm, a maximum bundling size of 361 × 201 × 201 mm, and a listed speed of up to 25 pcs/min. With PLC control, adjustable banding tension and quick product changeover, it is suitable for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and other packaging lines that require multi-box grouping before case packing or downstream handling.

How the Carton Stacking and Banding Process Works
Finished cartons enter the machine from the upstream conveyor and are counted and arranged into the preset grouping pattern. Once the required stack is formed, OPP or BOPP film is wrapped around the carton group and sealed to create a compact bundle for downstream collection or case packing.
