Description
The ZONESUN ZS-XG21U is a high-speed automatic T-corker designed for inserting T-shaped (bar-top) stoppers into liquor bottles such as whisky, gin, and other spirits. It features a vibratory bowl sorter with noise-reduction cover, vacuum pick-and-place feeding, and a top belt pressing mechanism for stable and precise cork insertion.
With speeds of 900–1,500 bottles per hour and full customizability for different bottle and stopper sizes, this machine ensures efficient, gentle handling with minimal surface scratching and excellent integration into automated spirits bottling lines.
