Shipping Information
Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the machine model, package size, destination, and delivery method. ZONESUN offers multiple shipping options, including express delivery, air freight, sea freight, and other available logistics services. Large machines and production lines are typically packed in export-standard wooden cases for safer transportation.
To check available shipping options and estimated shipping costs, add the product to your cart and enter your delivery address during checkout. The available shipping methods for your destination will be displayed automatically.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options may also be available for selected destinations. Where DDP is available and selected, the applicable duties, taxes, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements will be handled according to the terms of the quoted DDP shipping service. Please contact us if you would like to confirm DDP availability for your destination before ordering.
For large machines, customized equipment, or complete production lines, we recommend contacting us before placing an order so our team can confirm the most suitable shipping method, packaging requirements, estimated freight cost, and delivery schedule.
For non-DDP shipping methods, import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes, and other destination charges may apply and are generally determined by local customs authorities.

Description
The ZONESUN ZS-ZK200 is an in-line vacuum inspection machine for compatible sealed glass containers and tinplate cans. It uses non-contact acoustic detection to analyze the closure response and screen packages against configured acceptance thresholds, with an automatic reject system for containers that fail inspection.
The listed detection speed is up to 200 bottles per minute, with stated detection accuracy of ≥99.5%. A touchscreen provides threshold settings, while vertical and horizontal head adjustment helps position the sensor for different container formats. The specified closure is a compatible tinplate cap at least 30 mm in diameter, making sample evaluation important when configuring the inspection system.

- Post-sealing quality-control stations requiring automatic rejection of failed containers.
Product Details

Touchscreen Control
Set acoustic inspection thresholds for the selected product format.

Non-Contact Inspection
Analyzes the closure's acoustic response without directly contacting the cap.

Adjustable Detection Head
Vertical and horizontal adjustment positions the head for the container format.

Automatic Rejection
Diverts containers classified as failing the configured inspection criteria.

Alarm Indication
A warning light indicates detection events to assist operator monitoring.

Key Features
- Acoustic inspection: Screens the response of compatible tinplate closures against selected criteria.
- Non-contact head: Inspects closures without direct physical contact.
- Automatic reject system: Removes failed containers from the production flow.
- Adjustable positioning: Supports head alignment for different compatible containers.
- Touchscreen thresholds: Allows settings to be matched to the tested product format.
- Adjustable conveyor speed: The listed transport range is 0–20 m/min.
How It Works
- Set the conveyor and detection head for the sealed container format.
- Establish inspection thresholds using representative accepted and rejected samples.
- Convey containers through the non-contact acoustic inspection position.
- Analyze the closure response against the configured thresholds.
- Reject failed containers and pass accepted containers to downstream handling.
Selection Guide
Share the container and cap material, closure diameter, filled product, inspection temperature, target vacuum criteria and required line speed. Provide representative good and defective sealed samples to evaluate detection capability and rejection settings. Include conveyor layout, spacing and reject collection requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it create vacuum or seal containers?
No. It inspects containers after vacuum sealing. Vacuum creation and capping are separate upstream operations.
Is this a direct leak-rate measurement system?
The documented method analyzes acoustic closure response. A numerical leak-rate measurement or direct internal pressure measurement is not established by the current specifications.
Can it inspect plastic caps or flexible pouches?
The listed application uses compatible tinplate closures with a cap diameter of at least 30 mm. Plastic caps and flexible pouches are not established applications.
Does ≥99.5% accuracy guarantee every leaking pack is detected?
It is the stated detection accuracy specification. Actual screening must be evaluated with the intended closure, acceptance criteria and defect samples; it does not guarantee detection of every leak.
Does it verify food safety or shelf life?
It screens acoustic responses associated with the package vacuum condition. It does not establish microbiological safety, sterilization effectiveness or shelf life.
What utilities are required?
The listed requirements are AC 220V, 50Hz, 300 W, compressed air at 0.5–0.8 MPa and air consumption of 0.2 m³/min.
