The ZONESUN ZS-EW30 Automatic Wire Cutting, Stripping & Coding Machine is designed for automated wire preparation where cutting, end stripping, middle stripping and identification printing need to be completed in one workflow. It supports wire cross-sections from 0.1–6 mm² (AWG30–12) and is suitable for single-core and compatible multi-core wire processing.
The machine combines automatic wire feeding, multi-roller straightening, high-precision cutting and stripping, programmable middle-window stripping and integrated coding. With a listed output of 3,000–8,000 pcs/hour, it is suitable for wire-harness, electronics, control-panel and cable-processing applications that require repeatable wire lengths and printed identification.

How the Wire Cutting, Stripping and Coding Process Works
