The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180X20 is an integrated automatic production line designed for shower gel shampoo, conditioner, lotion, detergent, and hand wash. It combines tracking filling, rubber-wheel capping, and double-side labeling into one continuous system. Equipped with servo-driven filling nozzles that follow bottle movement, a stable four-wheel capping structure with a bottle-holding unit, and a high-precision double-side labeling machine, this line delivers high speed, accuracy, and excellent packaging quality. With modular components including a vibratory bowl, bottle guiding device, and bottle sorting/pushing mechanism, it ensures smooth bottle flow from infeed to outfeed, making it ideal for medium to large-scale automated production.

TRACKING FILLING

Allows the filling nozzle to track the bottle for continuous, accurate high-speed filling, with customizable multi-nozzle options for different capacities.

DIAPHRAGM PUMP

Equipped with diaphragm pump, it can supply filling material in time, saves labor to pour filling material into hopper.

CAPPING SYSTEM

Uses four rubber wheels to grip and tighten caps smoothly, with a Bottle Holding Unit ensuring precise bottle positioning for stable, efficient capping across various cap types.

VIBRATORY BOWL

Sorts, orients, and feeds caps in a continuous, orderly flow to ensure stable, accurate cap supply for the capping system.

LABELING STRUCTURE

Presses and smooths the left and right sides of the label using brushes and a flexible soft board, ensuring firm adhesion, improved edge wrapping, and higher overall labeling quality.

SORTING & PUSHING

 Uses a cylinder-driven pusher to align bottles during infeed and push finished bottles to the collection platform during outfeed, ensuring smooth flow without congestion or tipping.
