The ZONESUN ZS-FAL320 is a fully automatic milk powder filling and can sealing production line designed for hygienic, dust-controlled packaging of canned powder products. It integrates container sterilization, powder conveying, precision filling, nitrogen flushing, can sealing and external cleaning into one continuous system.
Before filling, empty cans pass through UV sterilization and sterile air blowing to help remove dust, particles and microorganisms. Spoons are automatically fed into the cans, while a vacuum conveying system transfers milk powder to the twin-auger filling unit.
The twin-auger system provides stable and accurate powder dosing for high-capacity production. After filling, each can undergoes vacuum extraction, nitrogen flushing and sealing. This process reduces residual oxygen to below 3%, helping protect the packaged powder from oxidation and moisture.
Completed cans are cleaned externally before being turned upright for downstream labeling, coding, case packing or palletizing.
