Description
The ZONESUN ZS-LP200 is a fully automatic plastic bottle unscrambler designed for high-speed bottle handling up to 200 BPM. Equipped with a bottle-flipping device, elevator hopper, rotary turntable, and conveyor system, it efficiently organizes bulk, unordered bottles and orients them upright for downstream filling and packaging processes. Its stainless steel structure, stable feeding mechanism, and continuous sorting capability make it ideal for medium to large-scale production lines requiring reliable, uninterrupted bottle supply.
