Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH10 is an automatic vertical cartoning machine designed for packaging glass vials. It combines carton feeding, forming, vial counting and loading, leaflet insertion, carton closing, vision inspection and rejection in one continuous process.
The vertical loading design is suitable for fragile glass vials. An optional tray loading function allows multiple vials to be arranged into trays before cartoning. Equipped with vacuum vial gripping and Keyence vision inspection, the machine operates at approximately 20–60 boxes/min.
