The ZONESUN ZS-XG240 is an automatic vacuum capping machine designed for high-precision vacuum sealing of jars and glass bottles. Unlike steam-injection systems, it uses mechanical vacuum extraction and a physical vacuum chamber to create reliable airtight seals — eliminating condensation inside the container and reducing the risk of product contamination.

Supporting both hot filling and cold filling applications, the ZS-XG240 features adjustable constant-torque capping technology that ensures stable, consistent sealing performance across a wide range of cap sizes. With a production speed of up to 40 bottles/min. An optional tracking press capping machine can be purchased separately for enhanced capping flexibility.
