Description
The ZONESUN ZS-AGD7 Automatic Silicone Sealant Cartridge Filling and Capping Machine is a fully automatic line for packaging compatible high-viscosity materials into plastic cartridges. It integrates automatic cartridge loading, servo-controlled quantitative filling, cap feeding, cap pressing and finished-product collection.
The standard configuration supports filling up to 310ml and cartridges up to Φ50 × 300mm. Typical applications include silicone sealant, acrylic caulk, polyurethane sealant and structural adhesive after material compatibility is confirmed.

Best-Suited Materials
Best suited to compatible single-component, pumpable high-viscosity sealants and adhesives. Two-component materials, abrasive fillers, large particles or fast-curing formulas require separate evaluation.
