Description
The ZONESUN ZS-AGD7 is a fully automatic silicone sealant cartridge filling and capping machine designed for high-speed packaging of silicone sealant, acrylic caulk, polyurethane sealant, structural adhesive, and other compatible high-viscosity materials into plastic cartridges.
The machine integrates automatic cartridge loading, servo-controlled quantitative filling, cap feeding, cap pressing, and finished-product collection into one continuous production process, reducing manual handling and improving packaging efficiency. The servo-controlled filling system supports a maximum filling volume of 310ml. With a production capacity of 40–60 cartridges/min, the ZS-AGD7 is suitable for medium- to large-scale adhesive and sealant cartridge production. Designed for cartridges up to Φ50 × 300mm.
