The ZONESUN ZS-FSCS05 Automatic Vision Counting Machine is designed for high-speed counting of small industrial parts and free-flowing components such as screws, nuts, fasteners, connectors, terminals, electronic components, buttons, seeds, steel beads and similar items.
An industrial camera and enclosed vision inspection area detect parts without physical contact. A dual-stage feeding system controls material flow before counting, while the conveyor and buffering structure help maintain stable feeding for batch dispensing and downstream packaging.
