The ZONESUN ZS-LK61 Automatic Plastic Sheet Thermoforming Machine is designed for producing plastic trays, plates, cups and containers from roll-fed thermoplastic sheet. It combines automatic material feeding, infrared heating, vacuum forming, plug assist, cooling, cutting and stacking in one continuous production process.
The machine supports common thermoforming materials including PET, PP, PS, PE, PVC, ABS and HIPS. With a maximum forming area of 560 × 610 mm, forming height up to 200 mm and production speed of 200–300 molds/hour, it is suitable for food trays, takeaway containers, fruit and salad packaging, electronic component trays and other formed plastic packaging products.
