ZONESUN ZS-MPYT900 Magnetic Pump Liquid Filling Machine
The ZS-MPYT900 fills compatible serums, essential oils, massage oils and makeup removers in volumes of 10–1000 mL. The standard SUS316 magnetic pump provides up to 6 L/min flow. Operators can enter the filling volume directly, calibrate it with the actual liquid and save three parameter sets for repeat production.
A pneumatic diving nozzle with a 50 mm lifting stroke and a slow–fast–slow filling profile help control foaming and splashing. Bottle detection enables no-bottle-no-fill operation, while preset counts allow the machine to stop when a production task is complete. The standard setup has one filling head and a conveyor with a maximum load of 15 kg; a two-head configuration can be customized.
