Description
The ZONESUN ZS-PDCM100C is a semi-automatic pneumatic lid pressing machine designed for plastic buckets, paint containers, food tubs, and other compatible large containers. It uses compressed air to press compatible lids firmly into position without requiring an electrical power supply for machine operation.
The operator places the container and lid on the positioning stand and activates the pressing cycle using the foot pedal. A pneumatic cylinder lowers the customized pressure plate, presses the lid onto the container, and returns to its starting position. The machine handles cap diameters up to 320mm and container heights up to 350mm, with the pressure plate customized according to the actual lid and container structure.
