Description
The ZONESUN ZS-VTGZ100E is a fully automatic gravity liquid filling machine designed for high-volume, precision dispensing of low-viscosity liquids. Powered by a PLC control system with a user-friendly touchscreen interface, it features up to 6 or 10 diving nozzles with suction-back design to eliminate dripping and foaming.
An integrated upper tank with level sensor ensures continuous, uninterrupted liquid supply, while the bottom-up filling method minimizes foam and waste. With a wide filling range of 50–5000 ml and compatibility with bottles from 120–280 mm in height, it is the ideal solution for medium-scale production lines in the food, beverage, chemical, and daily chemical industries.
