The ZONESUN ZS-CSPM5 is a fully automatic end-of-line carton packaging system that integrates case erecting, product grouping, case sealing, robotic palletizing, and stretch wrapping into one continuous line. Running at up to 20 cartons/min, it delivers stable, efficient, and standardized packaging for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries.

Automatically arranges, counts, and groups products, then side-pushes the full set smoothly into the carton for efficient packing of regularly shaped bottles, boxes, or bags.
Automatic Case Sealing
Automatically folds the top flaps and seals filled cartons with tape in I-style or H-style patterns, ensuring a firm, secure closure for safer protection during handling and transit.
Robotic Palletizing
Stacks finished cartons onto pallets with vacuum suctions or grippers following preset patterns, ensuring accurate placement and maximizing space efficiency.
Pallet Conveying & Stretch Wrapping
Automates pallet flow and reinforcement by conveying empty and full pallets and applying multi-layer stretch film for moisture, dust, and collapse protection.
