DESCRIPTION
This semi-automatic filling machine features a handheld nozzle designed like a fuel dispenser, enabling smooth, precise, and user-friendly operation. It is equipped with a servo-driven gear pump, ideal for filling a wide range of viscous and fluid materials—including creams, lotions, sauces, oils, and other flowable, particle-free liquids. Designed to handle both thick pastes and runny liquids, the machine supports large filling volumes and ensures consistent, accurate output. Its compact design saves space, making it a practical solution for small to medium-scale production in food, cosmetic, chemical, and household product industries. Note: Not suitable for materials containing solid particles.
