The ZS-GTP1 is best suited to smooth, high-viscosity liquids and pastes such as honey, cream, gel, lotion, shampoo, sauce, toothpaste and similar materials.
Needs separate evaluation: Products containing large particles, fibers, seeds or hard solids may require a larger nozzle, different valve structure or another filling system to prevent blockage.

Can it fill very thick products?
Yes, this model is designed for thick, smooth materials, but extremely stiff or non-flowing products should be tested before ordering.
Can it fill products with particles?
Small soft particles may be possible in some applications, but larger solids can block the nozzle or valve. Send us the product photo and particle size for confirmation.
Does the machine include an air compressor?
No. A suitable air compressor is required and is normally prepared separately.
How do I choose the correct filling range?
Choose the cylinder that comfortably covers your normal fill volume. Avoid operating continuously at the very minimum or maximum end of a range when another cylinder size would be more suitable.
