Description
The ZONESUN ZS‑MS3TPF Automatic Skincare Production Line integrates two independent machines Facial Mask Folding & Packing Machine and the Essence Filling & Sealing Machine — to provide an efficient solution for cosmetic manufacturing. The folding unit handles 3‑fold or 4‑fold formats at 3600–4200 pcs/h, while the filling unit dispenses essence with ±0.3 g accuracy, seals, codes, and conveys bags at 1800–2880 pcs/h. Operating independently yet aligned, they form a complete line covering folding, filling, and sealing with precision and consistency.
