Description
The ZONESUN ZS-YTEXW2 Semi-Automatic Explosion-Proof IBC Tank Weighing Filling Machine is designed for accurate filling of industrial liquids into IBC tanks and 25L & 200L drums. It integrates an explosion-proof control system, weighing platform, movable filling arm, and lifting filling lance into one flexible solution. Using weight-based filling technology, the weighing platform monitors filling weight in real time, while two-stage fast/slow filling balances speed and accuracy. The filling lance automatically descends to reduce splashing and foaming, then stops and rises after reaching the preset weight. With ±0.1%–0.3% accuracy, it suits coatings, solvents, resins, lubricants, chemical liquids, and similar flowable materials. The feeding pump is selected separately based on the material and is not included as standard.

Explosion-Proof Control Panel
Designed for hazardous environments, the explosion-proof control system integrates filling weight setting, speed adjustment, and machine operation control.
Integrated Weighing Platform
Continuously measures the container weight and controls quantitative filling. Automatic tare removes the weight of the empty container or pallet for precise measurement.
Movable Filling Arm
The adjustable filling arm allows easy positioning of the filling lance for different IBC tanks and drums, improving filling flexibility and operation efficiency.
Lifting Filling Lance
Descends into the container to reduce splashing and foaming, switching from fast to slow filling near the target weight before stopping and rising automatically.
SUS304 Product-Contact Parts
Product-contact parts are commonly made of SUS304 stainless steel with PTFE seals. Material compatibility should be confirmed for corrosive or special liquids.
