Description
The ZONESUN ZS-AFC18 Automatic 4-Head Vial Filling and Crimp Capping Line is designed for compatible low-viscosity, particle-free liquids packed in small rigid vials and bottles. The line combines vial feeding, star-wheel indexing, 4-head magnetic-pump filling, closure placement and dual-station crimp capping in one continuous process.
The standard filling range is 5–50ml with a reference output of 60–70 bottles/min. Magnetic pumps are best suited to clean, free-flowing liquids; products containing particles, suspended solids or high viscosity require another filling method or sample testing.

Needs separate evaluation: high-viscosity liquids, liquids containing particles or fibers, strongly corrosive products, foaming products, sterile/injectable production requiring validated cleanroom or aseptic systems, or closures that are not compatible with the installed crimp-capping tooling.

Can it fill thick liquids?
Magnetic pumps are mainly suited to low-viscosity, particle-free liquids. Thick products should use another filling system.
Is 60–70 bottles/min guaranteed for every product?
No. It is the original reference capacity. Actual speed depends on fill volume, bottle handling, closure feeding and capping conditions.
Does this machine use screw capping?
No. The existing specification describes a dual-station crimp-capping system. Closure samples should be confirmed before production.
Can it be used for injectable products?
Only the mechanical filling/capping suitability can be evaluated from this machine configuration. Sterile or injectable production requires additional validated process, cleanroom and regulatory controls beyond the base machine.
