The ZONESUN ZS-TB160POP is a real-time print-and-apply labeling machine designed for automated packaging lines. Running at 10–25 pcs/min, it integrates thermal printing technology with precise labeling, eliminating the need for ink, toner, or ribbons. Equipped with a lifting cylinder, the machine automatically adjusts labeling height to match product size, ensuring accurate application. With its modular design, including conveyor integration and sensor detection, it provides efficient, stable, and low-maintenance performance for cartons, bags, and other packaging types.
