Description
The ZONESUN ZS-TB300T Automatic Carton Side and Corner Labeling Machine is designed for applying pressure-sensitive labels to filled cartons and rigid boxes. Depending on the selected configuration, it can perform side labeling, corner-wrap labeling, or a combination of multiple labeling positions in one continuous conveyor process.
The machine uses vacuum label transfer and can be configured with 1–3 labeling heads. Typical applications include barcode labels, logistics labels, product-identification labels and corner labels used for seal or tamper-evident applications.

PLC Touchscreen Control

Vacuum Label Transfer
The vacuum transfer mechanism holds the dispensed label during transfer to help reduce label drop or curling before application.
Side Labeling
Applies self-adhesive labels to compatible carton side surfaces for identification, barcode or logistics labeling.
Corner-Wrap Labeling
A single label can be applied across two adjacent carton surfaces to create a corner-wrap seal. This can be used for tamper-evident applications when the label material and carton surface are suitable.
Conveyor System

The ZS-TB300T is best suited to rigid cartons and boxes with stable flat sides and defined corners. It can be used for logistics cartons, retail boxes, secondary packaging cartons and other compatible rigid packages.
Needs separate evaluation: soft mailers, flexible pouches, heavily damaged cartons, highly uneven surfaces, rounded boxes, deeply recessed surfaces or cartons with inconsistent dimensions.
1, 2 or 3 Labeling Heads?
The correct number of labeling heads depends on how many labels or labeling positions are required. A simple side-label application may need fewer heads, while projects combining multiple side positions and corner-wrap labeling may require additional heads. The final layout should be confirmed from the actual carton and label drawings.
Optional Coding / Printing
