ZONESUN ZS-FMYG1 Automatic Powder Filling & Capping Production Line

The ZONESUN ZS-FMYG1 is an integrated automatic powder filling and capping production line designed for bottled powder packaging applications. The system combines bottle unscrambling, servo auger powder filling, cap feeding and cap pressing into a coordinated production workflow.

It is suitable for packaging powder products such as milk powder, chili powder, cocoa powder and other compatible powdered materials.

Integrated Powder Packaging Solution

Instead of operating individual packaging machines separately, the ZS-FMYG1 connects multiple packaging processes into one automated production line.

The line consists of:

• Automatic bottle unscrambler

• Three-head servo auger powder filling machine

• Automatic cap feeding system

• Automatic cap pressing machine

Bottles are organized and transferred to the filling section before moving through cap feeding and cap pressing, helping reduce manual handling between individual packaging stages.

Servo Auger Powder Filling

Powder dosing is performed by a three-head auger filling system. The filling parameters can be adjusted according to the required packaging specifications, making the system suitable for different compatible powder products and filling requirements.

The PLC control system and touch-screen interface allow operators to control and adjust the filling process according to production requirements.

Automatic Bottle Unscrambling

At the beginning of the production line, the bottle unscrambler automatically organizes bottles and transfers them toward the filling section.

According to the machine configuration, the bottle unscrambler is designed for bottles with diameters of approximately 30–100 mm and can operate at 40–60 bottles per minute.

Automatic Cap Feeding & Pressing

After powder filling, bottles move to the capping section.

The cap feeding system automatically supplies caps to the production process, while the cap pressing machine presses the caps onto the bottles as they continue through the line.

Integrating these processes with the upstream powder filling equipment creates a continuous workflow from bottle handling and powder dosing to final bottle closure.

Powder packaging requirements can vary depending on the characteristics of the powder, bottle dimensions, filling quantity, cap type and required production capacity.
