Servo piston fillers are commonly used for lotions and viscous creams. Rotary lobe pumps may be suitable for smooth, flowable products. The final selection depends on viscosity, filling volume and required output.
Can the machine fill both cream and lotion?
A machine may handle products with different viscosities when the filling system and product path are suitable. Product samples should be tested when the formulations differ significantly.
Can one machine handle different jar or bottle sizes?
