Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL320 is a fully automatic milk powder filling and can sealing production line designed for hygienic, dust-controlled canning of milk powder, infant formula, nutritional powder, protein powder, and other powdered products. It integrates UV sterilization, sterile air blowing, automatic spoon feeding, vacuum powder conveying, twin-auger precision filling, nitrogen flushing, can sealing, and external can cleaning into one continuous automated system.
The twin-auger filling system delivers ±1% filling accuracy at 20–40 cans/min. After filling, vacuum extraction and nitrogen flushing reduce residual oxygen to below 3%, protecting powder freshness and extending shelf life. The complete line covers container sizes from Φ70–150mm diameter, 100–200mm height, with all product-contact surfaces in SUS304 stainless steel.
