Description
The ZONESUN ZS-HYS60 is a fully automatic syringe feeding and pouch packaging line designed for high-speed, aseptic packaging of 0.5 ml to 60 ml syringes (with or without needles). It integrates incline elevator feeding, vibratory orientation, film forming, precise syringe loading, heat sealing, and cutting into one continuous automated system.
With production speeds of 50–300 pcs/min, PLC + color touchscreen HMI control, and available in 14-channel and 16-channel, the ZS-HYS60 significantly reduces manual labor while ensuring consistent, high-quality packaging for medical and pharmaceutical syringe packaging applications.
