Designed for maximum efficiency, a heavy-duty stainless steel chain conveyor moves products through the treatment tank while high-coverage nozzles ensure uniform heating and reliable microbial reduction.
Following pasteurization, the system applies pre-cooling, final cooling, and ambient-air surface drying to remove residual moisture, preparing items instantly for packaging. By maintaining precise temperature control and holding times, the system effectively eliminates heat-sensitive pathogens while preserving the natural flavor, color, and nutritional value of your products.
