Description
The ZONESUN ZS-TB125D High-Speed Horizontal Small Bottle Labeling & Coding Machine is designed for continuous labeling of small cylindrical bottles, vials, ampoules and similar narrow containers. Upright products are automatically turned to a horizontal position before labeling, helping keep small-diameter containers stable at high conveyor speeds.
The system combines vertical bottle infeed, bottle turnover, horizontal wrap-around labeling, optional coding integration and finished-product discharge. It is intended for high-speed packaging lines where ordinary upright round-bottle labeling becomes less stable because the product is too small or narrow.

Automatic Bottle Turnover
Upright bottles are automatically turned onto their sides before labeling. Horizontal handling provides more support for small narrow containers that may be unstable when labeled upright at high speed.
Automatic Label Feeding
The label web is continuously supplied to the dispensing section. Stable backing-paper tension, label-gap consistency and sensor adjustment are important for high-speed operation.
Labeling & Coding

Why Horizontal Labeling for Small Bottles?
Very small cylindrical containers can wobble or tip when transported upright at high speed. A horizontal roller or supported conveying structure increases the contact area and helps stabilize the product during wrap-around label application. This is especially useful for narrow bottles, vials, ampoules and similar small-diameter containers.
